Welcome to one of the oldest farms in central Orange. Built in the 1790's, Maple View Farm was a working dairy and produce farm. The main house was the first house on the Green in Orange and is registered in the National Registry of Homes. Today, Maple View Farm retains the appeal of historic yesteryear with today's modern conveniences. The Shamrock Farm business is a spin off of the Andrew-Ewen family farm established in 1830. founded in 1985, Shamrock Farm Stand is a small ornamental nursery product company in Orange, Connecticut. Selling vegetables grown the old fashion way as well as fall decorations, pumpkins, mums, wreaths and greenery at Christmas.

The Farm was established by Thomas Hine and his family in 1639 and has been under the same ownership for twelve generations. It mainly produces dairy products, such as milk and ice cream; and recently started selling agricultural equipment under the name of Field View Farm Transportation Inc. The ice cream shop is open from April-October.
